Ambition Events Owner

Ambition School of Dance was founded in March 2011 by the school's Principal, Nadine Dessent. In 2014, Ambition began to offer Dance and Princess Parties along with workshops and adult courses. Ambition Events is now sister to Ambition School of Dance.

 

Born and raised in Epsom, Nadine began dancing aged 3 at a local dance school based in Ashtead, Surrey. She attended lessons in various dance styles including ballet, tap and freestlye disco and gained many awards in each style. She took part in numerous shows and competitions throughout her amateur career and after leaving her dance school aged 17 she studied to take her teaching qualifications with the International Dance Teachers Association (IDTA) so that she could teach classes of her own.

 

In 2011 her dream of opening her own school became a reality and Ambition School of Dance was born. What started off as one small class with three children has fast-grown into a successful dance school with over 30 classes running on a weekly basis and countless parties being hosted each year along with a veritable roster of princesses!
