Our adult dance classes are fun, energetic and are a great way of developing a hobby at the same time as keeping fit! We offer a wide variety of adult dance classes in courses of 5 or 6 weeks throughout the year to suit all abilities and levels of fitness including tap, ballet and mixed dance. All courses are bookable in advance of the course start date. Sign up below to be notified when new courses go on sale.

Please note that each course must have a minimum of 5 adults in order to go ahead.

Our tap courses are friendly, energetic and most importantly fun! We work on a variety of routines and tap combinations to great music.


We offer two levels of tap course - Beginner and Intermediate.


The Beginner class is suitable for complete beginners or those who have tapped before but would like a refresh before joining our Intermediate class. Come along for as many courses as you need and when you feel ready, you can join the Intermediate course.

Our Intermediate class is suitable for anyone who has tapped before or who has attended our beginner courses.

Our mixed dance courses are perfect for people who love dance and want to get fit whilst having fun! A combination of Modern, Jazz and Barre and Stretch come together to make the perfect class to work your whole body!

During the first half you will learn steps to modern and jazz dance routines to get your heart pumping - always to popular and uplifting music.


The second half is focused on Barre and Stretch - a mood lifting and empowering movement containing elements of Ballet, Yoga and Pilates.

We finish the class with a restorative stretch, focusing on lengthening stretches and joint mobilisation to boost flexibility and achieve supple yet strong muscles. 


These courses are suitable for all ages and fitness levels and will definitely get all your muscles working in a way they may not have before! 


Our adult ballet classes are suitable for all experience levels and are a fantastic way to develop core strength, flexibility and posture.  Get ready to feel the ballet burn and shake - well known to shape and tone the body in a safe and effective way.


Classes are fun, relaxed and cover basic steps, choreography and barre exercises.
